New Pocket Potters to be published next year

Bloomsbury Children’s Books have announced Professor Dumbledore and Luna Lovegood as the fourth and fifth characters to feature in the new series Pocket Potters: Little guides to the Harry Potter Stories by J.K. Rowling.

Professor Dumbledore is illustrated by Paola Escobar. Albus Dumbledore is beloved by Hogwarts students and readers alike, and Paola’s headmaster is just as twinkle-eyed and brilliant as the great wizard himself. Readers are invited to explore the enchantment of Dumbledore’s office, marvel at his spectacular spells and watch the flight of Fawkes, his faithful phoenix.

Luna Lovegood is illustrated by Helen Brady. In her imagining of this unique witch and fan favourite, Helen has created a celebration of Ravenclaw wit, individuality and the joy of true friendship. Expect colour-popping Spectrespecs, roaring lion hats and other fantastical fashion, Luna’s family, The Quibbler and an extraordinary menagerie of magical creatures.
