Last week, Bloomsbury Children’s Publishing revealed the cover for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, publishing 6th October 2026 in UK and US. Today, Bloomsbury have released a select few pages from the upcoming illustrated edition!

 

 

Beautifully illustrated in full colour from start to finish, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is set to captivate readers of all ages. Levi Pinfold takes us on Harry’s journey through his sixth year at Hogwarts with unique sensitivity and breathtaking technical skill.

 

 

In addition to sweeping landscapes, many iconic witches and wizards are illustrated for the first time, including Professor Slughorn, Narcissa Malfoy and Professor Flitwick, Head of Ravenclaw house.

Bloomsbury Children’s Books have revealed the cover of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Illustrated Edition, brought to life by multi‑award‑winning artist Levi Pinfold.

The striking cover, featuring Harry Potter and Albus Dumbledore encircled by flame with wands raised, offers an epic window into the sixth instalment of the Illustrated Editions of J.K.
