A new era of Hogwarts begins. The HBO Original Series Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone is coming this Christmas to HBO Max. Read the book that started it all!

The TV Tie-In Edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone by J.K. Rowling publishes today by Bloomsbury Children’s Books in the UK and Scholastic in the US.

Pull up a chair, warm up by the fire: Pottermore Publishing ventures into the cosy world of Audioscapes^TM!

Today, Pottermore announced a new brand of immersive listening experience drawn from J.K. Rowling’s beloved Harry Potter books. Each Audioscapes experience transports listeners to iconic locations, moments and characters from the Harry Potter universe, with an expertly crafted combination of narration, sound design and music.

The first, Moments at Hogwarts: The Gryffindor Common Room will be available throughout Pottermore’s global retail network, in English, and will publish on 17^th November 2026. The Gryffindor common room serves as the home for Harry, Ron, and Hermione at Hogwarts, where crackling fires and squashy armchairs await. This first Audioscapes experience allows listeners to settle in and embrace a new term at the wizarding school.

Two more titles will be added to the Moments at Hogwarts Audioscapes series, exploring the Hogwarts Classes and Hogwarts Grounds, with publication dates to be announced in 2027.
